Hello Simmer folks!

Be impressed, it took us less than a month to get a new update uploaded and posted.  It would have been even more impressive if I hadn't forgotten that Hannah had actually told me she uploaded something.

Today's update brings two new houses from Hannah.  Her first one is a fully furnished, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Seaside Cottage.  You can find it in Lots - Custom Content - Residential - Over §20,000.

Hannah's second lot is the first in a new section on the site - Apartments!

The Fabulous Townhouse 3 unit apartment building.  One unit is furnished, the other two are up to you.  Rent is approximately §1,700.  It costs to be fabulous, darlink.  The lot also includes a lobby, pool, patio and exercise room.  You can find it under Lots - Specialty Lots - Apartments.

My part of the update is not a download, but a shameless plug for my new Sims Examiner column at Examiner.com.  I'll be posting daily updates for Sims 3 and Sims 2 (starting December 23), as well as any interesting news from EA and the Sims community.  Come visit me when you have a chance!  You can find me here: Sims Examiner

Until next time, have fun and happy simming!

Hi all -

We have a small update for you today.  Three NON Steampunk lots!  I suffered a tad of burnout with my Steam hood due to lack of creativity.  So, I headed on over to Pleasantview and revisited the art of building simple and 'normal' Sim homes.  :)

One lot is all Maxis (Roommate Wanted) and is fully furnished.  You can find it in Lots - Maxis Only - Residential - Over §20,000.  The other two lots, Modern Jazz and New Orleans in Pleasantview have custom content (with a detailed readme) but all content is included in the file packages.  You can find them under Lots - Custom Content - Residential - Over §20,000.  My favorite among the three is Modern Jazz, and in my Pleasantview I have Don and Cassandra living there and play it often.

I hope you can find something your Sims will find useful, and have a great rest of the holiday weekend if you're a USAer!

And as always, Happy Simming!
Hannah
