Size: My note went missing, but I believe it's on the lower end of the
medium sized lots.
Cost: Expensive. At least 44,000 or more last I recall from said
missing notes. :(
Description: 1 large BR, 1 BA, 2 decks, one front and back, small
kitchenette, dining room and large living room, driveway. Plenty
of room to build out or up! (Note: I plan on extending this house
to give Amanda some room for a family, so look for that in the future).

I have all EPs up to Bon Voyage installed as of 09/08/07. I have
H&M, Teen Stuff, the first Christmas Pak and Celebrations installed
as well. Per recent testing: If I use an item or items from
Stuff Packs you don't have, all you will get is an empty space where
the item should be. No crashing has been reported.
