It looks cool. That should be good enough. :) Seriously, I
like this lot. It's very different from what I usually do.
There is room for a driveway if you remove the wall and tile in the
way. I KNOW there are lots of trees...remove them to your hearts
content. I had to leave them in because they help SELL the lot
regarding curb appeal. :)

study upstairs, balcony.
I have all EPs and all Stuff Packs installed in my game at this
date. All lots are checked with Clean Installer prior to zipping
