Description: ALL MAXIS. Intended for the upcoming EP Apartment
Life. I built this with it being a retirement lot in mind.
Seniors only!! lol 4 individual small homes done in a
southern California /Spanish style. 2 "mirror" floorplans.
One unit furnished. I don't feel I was quite creative with the
little courtyard area, so tweek it to you liking all you want. :)
CC Credits/Meshes included: None!

Per recent testing if you don't have one of the Maxis stuff packs that
I do, and I use items from one of the packs - if you download a lot
containing stuff pack objects, all you will get is an empty space where
the item should be. No crashing has been reported.
Note 1: All of my lots are checked with Clean Installer. All CC
in this lot should show up in your games with this file. You
should have no flashing blue objects. If you have issues with

Note 2: Recently I've noted that Clean Installer shows no recolors of
Maxis objects. Not sure if one of the patches has fixed it as I
have not installed the latest patches. So, I'll be making an
effort to use Maxis only, and if I use recolors I will supply a link to
where you can find it in the readme.
