revamped inside. I had sucessfully resurrected Bella last
weekend, and needed a small home for her to start her new life.
This lot is the result. I LOVE the curb appeal! Best of
all, it's ALL MAXIS! There is only one DL on the lot, and
that is the Maxis
Egg Topiary.
1BR/1BA, driveway, converted garage is game room/study. Nice
sized side yard for you to do with as you please. Good for a
single sim or a couple. Room to build out.

have all EPs up to Bon Voyage installed as of 09/08/07. I have
H&M and Celebrations installed as well, and if I use items from
those packs it will be noted. Otherwise, nothing from those are
included in my lots.
Tweaker's Tip:
The picture below is how I changed the division between the living room
and dining area after the lot had already been packaged. I like
the look better than what is included in the package, so wanted to show
how you can change it, too.
