10, 2008 - Big house update today, as well as a few other
things. Shall we get started?
Sims with more expensive tastes will discover a nice choice of living
accomodations, with or without Custom Content. Modern Trends and
Red Is In This Year can be found in Custom Conent - Over
§20,000 and one of my new personal favorites, Trust Fund
Artist, can be found in Maxis Only - Over
§20,000. Two new BV Beach lots, Hannah's San Clemente,
CA and my 55 Havana Blvd, can also be found in that category.
Moving on to Objects...
A fellow N99'er,
dsreds, was looking for some nautical recolors of Lucas' Wall Plates,
so I made her some with scenes by Lowell Herrero and various other
artists. The can be found on page 10 of Decorative.
Also new are some Fernando Botero paintings, found on page 11 of Decorative.
Ebay is an amazing thing...I managed to get SC4 for .99 last
week. That brings us to the last part of this update, which is a new Terrains section.

9, 2008 - I noticed while working on the next update
that I copied the wrong ReadMe file for Hannah's Very Modern
house,
therefore it was categorized incorrectly. Very Modern is an ALL
MAXIS house, not a custom content one. I have put up the correct
info on the house and moved it to the proper section. There is no
need to redownload, but if you passed on the house because you didn't
want the custom content, GO DOWNLOAD!
